Sampey, Gordon:
Passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at his home in Kitchener Ontario at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Wendy. Loving Dad to Sherry Petzke (Scott) and Tracy Millar (Matt) and Trevor Sampey. Cherished Papa to Brooke, Marlee, Hayden, Gavin, Drew and Sydney. Dear brother of Sharon Hachborn (Douglas), Stephen (late Phyllis), The late Sheila Sampey.
Gord was an avid lover of the outdoors. He loved to hunt, fish and camp. Sunsets on Colpoys Bay take your breath away! He also enjoyed spending time poolside with his many friends and family. He will be terribly missed by the many who loved him.
Rest in peace "Uncle Gord," "Papa," "Daddy-O."

A private family visitation will be held at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 with private interment at Woodland Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre, Chemotherapy, or Oncology Unit would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
