Ron and I were just devastated when Gary told us we had lost Florence. Florence was one of the kindest people we knew and she was special to so many. We will cherish the great memories of all the good times we shared with Florence and Gary throughout the years. Florence, we will miss you forever. Gary, our sincerest condolences to you and the family. Our hearts are broken.

We are incredibly sad to hear of Florence's sudden passing. We got to know Florence a little bit in Vancouver this past summer where she stayed for some weeks to lovingly care for her brother, Larry Lapointe, in his final illness and were touched by her compassion, kindness, and sense of humour. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Florence's husband, Gary, family, and friends for this tragic, untimely loss. We know in our hearts, Larry will be welcoming his big sister with open arms. Rest well Florence.

Sincerely,
Cynthia, Karen, Paula, and Jenny (sisters in Vancouver).
