Passed away on August 30, 2023 at Freeport Hospital at the age of 80.
Beloved wife of John for 57 beautiful years.
Loving mother of the late Arlene (Gordon) Bailey, Fiona (Philip) Brown, and Cheryl (Joel) Noordam.
Grandmother of Bryna, Britney, Shane, Aidan, Liam, Abigail, Lillian and Kaitlyn.
Great-grandmother of Amara and Evelyn.
Elizabeth was born in Northern Ireland and had two brothers, Denis and John. On October 5th, 1966 Elizabeth married John Marshall. They immigrated to Canada with their two oldest daughters, Arlene and Fiona in 1979 and shortly after settling in Cambridge, they welcomed their third child, Cheryl.
Elizabeth had many gifts and talents. She was a proficient knitter and sewer and often blessed her family with her delicious baking. She was known for her sense of humor and her love for children. Elizabeth had many fond memories of her home in Ireland and was proud of her heritage.
Cremation has taken place. Elizabeth's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:30 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. on Monday, September 4, 2023 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
Elizabeth's memorial will be held at Henry Walser Funeral Home on Monday, September 4, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. with a reception to follow.
