Obituary for Beth Brooks

Beth Brooks
Brooks, Beth

Went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 92.

Beloved wife of the late David Brooks.
Loving mother of Doug (Cindy), Phil (Paulette) and Alan.
Cherished grandma of Sarah, Christina, Elissa (Andy), Emily (David), Andrew, James (Joy), Ginny and David (Kathy) and cherished great-grandma of Joshua, Johnathon, Renee, Jo, Zeke, Violet, Claire, Owen, Emmett, David and William.
Predeceased by her grandson Chris.

It is hard for all of us to say goodbye, but we are grateful to know that she is now at peace. Mom was a very special person who lived her life consistent with her beliefs and provided an inspiring example to her children and grandchildren. We all admired her dedication and integrity along with her sense of humour and love for her family. We will miss you.

Beth's family will receive relatives and friends from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 9, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A private family interment will take place at Williamsburg Cemetery, following the visitation.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Salvation Army- KW branch would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).

The family would like to thank the staff at the Sunshine Centre at Luther Village for their wonderful care and support for the past 6 years.
