Patterson, Elisabeth:
Elisabeth passed away peacefully after battling cancer. She was surrounded by the love and comfort of her three children Catarina Tavares, Lydia Tavares and Phillip Tavares. She was a dear sister to Martha Janovich and Leslie Vitez and will be remembered by extended Patterson and Dabrowski families. Predeceased by parents Lajos and Mary Vitez, husband, Larry Patterson (2004) and partner, Jerry Dabrowski (2021). She will be missed by many.
Elisabeth had a passion for sewing, quilting and crafting. She volunteered for many years at Community Support Connections: Meals on Wheels.
The family would like to extend a big thank you to all the staff and volunteers at Innisfree House for providing the utmost kindness and care during her end of life journey.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Lisaard & Innisfree Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
Elisabeth's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.. A service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with interment at Trinity Anglican Church Cemetery, Cambridge, ON. Those who are unable to attend are invited to join the family via live-stream on Monday at www.henrywalser.com/live-streaming. Please note, at the request of the family, guests are to wear masks for the visitation and service.
