Passed away peacefully at Columbia Forest Long Term Care on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at the age of 88.
Beloved husband of Karen (nee Kelly) for 54 years. Loving uncle of Jared (Garett), Matthew (Sherree), Nicholas, Jesse (Tanya), Kelly, Robert, Colleen (Kerry), Darren (Melody), Nicholas, Leah (Brendan), Dwayne, Edith and Imtraudt. Brother of Ewald and brother-in-law of late Connie (late John), late Shannon (Bev), late Tommy (Judy), late Paul, James, Mary (Tim) and late Terry (Larry).
Eddie was a 50+ year member of the Concordia Club. He was an avid fan of the Kitchener Rangers and many would know him as a bartender at Oktoberfest.

Eddie's family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2023 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener (519) 749-8467. Funeral Service at Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 47 Sheldon St. North, on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time).

Interment Williamsburg Cemetery. Lunch and drinks to follow the interment back at the church catered by Concordia Club.
