Syms, Donald:
Passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at the age of 86.
Beloved husband of 62 years to Margaret Syms (nee Pogson). Loving father of Donald (Teresa), Shirley (David) Moser, Nancy (Frank) Steinhausen, Gerald (Mercedes), and Patricia (Joseph) Syms Sutherland.
Cherished grandfather of Geoffrey (Katelyn), Michael, Kyle, Ryan, Jeremy, Kailey, and Grace.
Don was passionate about flying and was a pilot in the Canadian Air Force (retired Major). He volunteered his time to many charities. Don and Margaret loved to travel and visited over 100 countries.
Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home 507 Frederick St. Kitchener, Ontario 519-749-8467. Cremation has taken place and a private interment will take place at Williamsburg Cemetery. A celebration of life will be planned at a future date.
