Gerling, Donald George

Passed away peacefully on Friday, February 2, 2024 at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 77.

Beloved husband of Sharon (nee Brown) for 54 years.

Loving father Kelly Mear (Charles) and Kristin Corbett (Skip). Papa to Grace, Adam and Joe.

Don will also be missed and remembered by his mother-in-law Pearl Brown, his brother-in-law Bob Brown (Bev), sister-in-law Janet Brown and his nieces and nephews.

Dear brother the late Ron Gerling.

Predeceased by his parents George and Lucienne (nee Laurin) Gerling and his father-in-law Joe Brown.

Don retired from Waterloo Regional Police Services in 1997 after 30 years as a Police Officer.

Don's life will be celebrated at 3:30 PM on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener followed by a reception.

Cremation has taken place.
