Condolence: To the Lawlor family,

Please accept my sincere condolences on David's passing. I did not know David because he had left Newfoundland when I was a small girl but I know his brother Brian well....I meet Brian during my walks around the community. I believe my older brother and sister(Carol Anne and Mike Stapleton) went to high school in St. John's with David. I remember them telling stories about getting a ride to school early in the morning (these were in the days before there was school bus service was provided). Time goes by so quickly. You will miss him greatly.....remember the good times..he will be watching over you.

Condolence: Dear Linda and family,

It was with great sadness that my brother, Terry Stapleton, and I heard of David's passing. We all grew up as friends in a small community overlooking the sea, attending a two room school and spending many happy summers together at the local beaches.

David was a lovely person and will be missed by all who knew him. We send, you all, our deepest sympathy in the loss of your loved one.
