Condolence: Cynthia obviously loved life, her family, her friends and her work, especially as the EY leader in Waterloo. She held herself to very high standards and created an environment that fostered excellence. I will always remember Cynthia as a natural leader who also inspired people to do their best. Cynthia faced her illness with courage and bravery, grace and dignity. We all wish she had won that battle. Above all, I will remember Cynthia as someone who made a difference, someone who was very kind and lived the values she held so dear. I am so sorry for your loss.
