George, Catherine:

Passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 67.

Beloved wife of Harry.

Dear mother of Christopher (Amy) and Geoffrey (Lisa).

Catherine is now reunited in heaven with her sweet granddaughter Melissa (2005).

Cherished grandmother of Ann Catherine, Lily Baker, Ella, Mia and Quinton.

She will also be missed by her in-laws and many nieces and nephews and their families.

Catherine loved her family and friends dearly. She was an avid sports fan and supported her sons and grandchildren through their playing years. She enjoyed music and liked to sing along though she only knew the words and not the tune.

Catherine's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday November 24, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Another visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Monday November 25, 2019 at the Hardy Lee Funeral Home 44 John St. S. Harriston.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation, Huntsville Hospital Foundation-Melissa George Neonatal Memorial Fund or Waterloo Ravens Girls Minor Hockey Association, cheques payable to WGMHA, would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
