Passed away with family at her side on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 66. Beloved wife of John for 42 years. Loving mother of Kelly Lacasse (René), Rory McGraw (Chantal) and Megan Kennedy (Brad). Proud Grandma of Alexandre, Matthew, Natalie, Keeri, Rowen and Jillian. Cathy was the eldest of 6 children, with a special bond to her sister Janet. Predeceased by her parents Barbara and Ronald Small. She had a long career in the insurance field and will be fondly remembered by the WRIP group of friends.
Cathy's family will receive relatives and friends from 3-3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 4 p.m. Please note that if you plan to attend either the visitation or service, masks are mandatory and you must RSVP through the funeral home website.
