My prayers and thoughts are with Carey's family, love ones and friends. I do not know Carey personally in any way and have never met him. However, only two weeks ago I came upon his university career profile. I drew inspiration from his tremendous achievements in Learning and Teaching to complete a Learning and Teaching grant application I was working on here at Kingston University, London.
