Passed away suddenly after dealing with the effects of cancer at Grand River Hospital at the age 58.
Beloved fiance of Kim Widdes. Dear father of Jocelyn and Tyler. Dear son of Ginny (Virginia) and the late William Allen (Bill) Wren - March 20, 2023.
Dear brother Rick Wren (Gerda), Karrie Mercier (Pierre) and Bob Wren (Julia).
Bill will be missed and remembered by Kim's family - her son Tyler, parents Joan and John Oberholzer and Glen and Bernice Widdes.
He will especially be missed by his uncle Mark Wren.
Bill always appreciated his many friendships made from his long association with the Kitchener - Waterloo Oldtimers Hockey.
Bill's family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener 519-749-8467.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre or the Kitchener - Waterloo Humane Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
