Obituary for Beverly Margaret Wright

Wright, Beverly Margaret "Bev"
Passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital on Monday July 25, 2022 at the age of 96. Bev was born in Toronto, but spent most of her life in Kitchener-Waterloo. Beloved wife of Samuel Hall (deceased 1960) and Gordon Wright (deceased 1973). She is survived by son Wayne (Vickie) Hall and their children Tracey, Amy, Jennifer, and their families, as well as her  daughter Jill (John) Ward and their children Brandon (Mary) and Lindsay. Survived by her brother Frank, sisters  Marion and Judy and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Harold and  Lolita Judson, brothers Dalus, Bruce, Lawrence and  Roy and sisters Audrey and Shirley.

Bev was a longtime dedicated employee at the T. Eaton department stores in Toronto and Kitchener where she made many lifelong friends. She was extremely proud of her home and was passionate about preserving its well-kept appearance for all to admire. She did everything she could to stay in it rather than move to a retirement residence. Bev was fiercely independent, but was grateful for the support from neighbours and many cherished friends in her community. Special thanks to Wendy and Ted for being the best neighbours anyone could possibly ask for. There will be no visitation or funeral as per Bev’s request.  Cremation to take place with interment with Sam at Mount Hope Cemetery - Waterloo. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home (519) 749-8467. Visit www.henrywalser.com to view Bev's memorial.
