Royle, Bernard:

Passed away on Friday, October 11th, 2019 at Forest Heights Long Term Care at the age of 93.
Beloved husband of the late Irene (2017).
Loving father of Kevin (Darlene), Michael (Florence) and Trish (Shawn).
Proud Grandpa of Mike, Stephanie (Greg), Nicole (Mike), Jason and great grandfather of Abby, Owen, Audrey and Winsley.

Bernard immigrated to Canada in 1972 to give his family a better life. He was an avid golfer, volunteering at Rockway Gardens golf course. In his younger years, Bernie was a competitive ballroom dancer.

A special thank you to all the staff at Forest Heights Long Term Care, especially Hewson House for all the love and kindness shown to Bernie during his time with them.

Bernie's family will receive relatives and friends from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, October 17th, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Cremation has taken place.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
