Being her uncle I know from observation that Barb had a natural way with children that drew them to her like a magnet. I know she felt it was important to give children the opportunity to attend camp and I hope this donation can assist in carrying on Barb's wishes in memory of her.

We are shocked and saddened to hear the sad news about Barb. We met Barb through our common friends Stephanie and Tom Oliverio. Whenever there was a friend get together, we always looked forward to chatting with Barb. She was such a kind and gentle soul. Even in these infrequent visits, it was clear to us she had a passion for kids and sharing her love of reading with them. What a loss of your family and our community of friends.

We have so many happy memories of our families getting together when the children were small. It was a delight to re-connect with Barb a couple of years ago and to see what a wonderful adult she had become. She gave us a tour of KPL with such enthusiasm and pride. Her death is a great loss not only for her family and friends but for the whole community.
