Passed away on January 3, 2021 in Kitchener, Ontario at the age of 73.

Beloved wife of the late John Goodhew.

Loving mother of Wanda Goodhew and Jason (Jessica) Goodhew.

Cherished Nana of Kyle and Shelby who was their number one fan at all sporting events no matter near or far.

Dear sister to Margaret Pennacchietti (the late Jack) and Kay Sands (the late Joel).

Survived by her sisters-in-law Carol Nutt, Lena Murdoch and Cindy Nutt.

She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews as well as by her friends in the church she met with.

Predeceased by sisters; Betty Edwards (Archie), Helen Tucker (Sid), Hannah Vanstone (Bob), and brothers; Art Nutt, Ken Murdoch and Joe Nutt.

Known to most of us as Ann, she was a mom, nana, sister and aunt. After a long battle with re-current infections, Ann succumbed to her illness. Despite her mind and will to fight her body was no longer able to continue the fight. She was courageous, kind and her solid belief guided her in so much of her life. She will be sadly missed by many family and friends.

Ann's family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Saturday January 9, 2021 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Guests must RSVP to attend the visitation. A private funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday January 10, 2021. Guests are welcome to view the service at https://www.henrywalser.com/live-streaming. Private cremation to take place with interment at St. Mary's Cemetery at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
