Passed away peacefully on Friday, March 12, 2021 at St. Mary's Hospital in Kitchener, ON at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Maria Adriana for 55 years. Loving father to Tony (Debbie) and Nellie Mendes. Cherished Avo to Toni, Joshua, Michael and Cristina. Dear brother to Maria, Natalia, Margaret, Ana, Eduarda and Odette. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Antonio's funeral services will be private. Visitation will be held at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467, with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, 300 Simeon Street, Kitchener. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
