Marshall, Alexander “Sandy”
It is with immense sadness and much love we announce that Sandy passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 14th, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 94.
Sandy was the beloved husband for 59 years to the late Barbara Anne (nee: Lisso), loving dad to daughters Jacqui and Karen, cherished grandfather to Jasmine and constant companion to Misty the cat. Sandy was also big brother to Ken Marshall whom he loved very dearly.
Sandy will be forever missed by his immediate and extended family and his many friends, whose lives he enhanced in so many ways through his love, laughter, frivolity and kindness. He is at peace but his twinkling eyes, big smile and fun-loving spirit will be sorely missed, though will live on inside of those who were fortunate enough to have known him.
As per his wishes, a private family gathering will take place at a later date. Special thanks to Dr. Day and staff at St. Mary’s, the staff at Beechwood Manor and Caregivers from Premier Homecare who were so good to Sandy over the past few years.
