Margaret Helen Crocker (Macmillan)
March 16, 1927 – October 5, 2019

Margaret passed away as she lived, with grace, strength, and dignity. She passed away unexpectedly at her home in Kitchener, Ontario in the presence of her daughter, Janice. She was a beautiful and an amazing soul.

Margaret was born in Cawdor, Scotland and moved to Heart’s Delight, Newfoundland in 1945 as the beautiful war bride of Walter Crocker. It was there that she dedicated her life to raising her five children and supporting her community. After Walter’s passing in 1992 she moved to Kitchener to be near her daughters; Helen and Janice and her son, Robert.

Predeceased by her husband Walter, sons Donald and Leslie, parents Dolina and Donald Macmillan, her brother Donald, sister-in-law Eva, brother-in-law Ronald Hardie and grandson-in-law Jamie Hiscock.

Left with loving memories are her daughters Helen, Janice (Monty); daughters-in-law Ivy Crocker and Debbie Crocker-Fry (Lloyd); son Robert (Linda); grandchildren Paul (Tracey), Rick (Sharon), Henry (Charlene), Jacqueline (Tony), Sam (Candace), Gloria, Lucas, Amy, Mark (Janell), Melissa, Lislie, Samantha (Joshua); great-grandchildren Jessica, Steven, Shawn, Madeline, Savannah, Rhianna, Abby, Jessie, Zachary, Hailey, Jack, Carter, Gracie, Aaron, Lily, Victoria, Kendalyn and Sienna, her siblings Mary (Alistair) Watson, Sheila Hardie, Norma (Douglas) Calder, Ann Jacobs, Robert (Jess) Macmillan, Doreen (Grant) Middleton as well as a very large circle of friends and extended family.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467; cremation to follow. Final resting will take place on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Memory Gardens Cemetery. No flowers by request. Donations may be made to the ALS Society of Ontario.
