Dear Sandy and Family: Our sincerest condolences from my family to the Pollice family. I was shocked to hear about his sudden passing. Mike and I started working together even before All Terrain, back in the 70s. We worked together on many projects throughout much of Ontario. Mike was always a professional and thought constantly about ways to improve every type of drilling under all types of geologic conditions. He had a great sense of humour, which was often needed under sometimes awful weather and drilling conditions. He always talked fondly about his family, and always asked about my family, swapping stories of our kids as they grew up. Our thoughts are with you and your family. Ray, Joanne and my three sons (as Mike always referred to them)
