I read the news today. I don't know if it's appropriate for me to send you an email or not but I just felt like I should. I read today about the discoveries that were made and I wanted to send a note that I hope this helps put some closure to the long and agonizing pain that you have endured. I read with great interest the news of your son and I followed your regular blogs. Always hoping and praying that Daniel would be found. So many times I wished I could help out in a search or in some other way. The numbers of people that assisted you over the years is a testament to the one common goal of finding your son. I first learned about Daniel's disappearance in the spring of 2012 at a canoeing event in Caledonia. Well, I don't know what else to say except that I'm glad he was found and I hope you are able to fit the final puzzle pieces together to help make sense of everything. My prayers remain with you.
