Passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018 at Columbia Forest Long Term Care at the age of 61.
Mother of Wendy Chen.
She will be greatly missed and remembered by her friends and family in Canada and China.

A Memorial Service will be held at Parkview Cemetery Chapel on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., followed by interment in Parkview Cemetery. Private cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467.
