The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Nikolaus "Nick" Frank can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Dearest Heidi and Rick and your Families,
Our deepest and heartfelt condolences to you all. We know how loved your father and grandfather was. We have such fond memories of ONKEL NICK... he was so patient, kind and fun We remember spending time at the lake or in the city. He tirelessly took the kids fishing or waterskiing. We hope and pray, he is joyful where he is now and at peace, and with his dear wife Kati. May your wonderful memories - bring you peace and a smile. As you look over photos and movies, may laughter and appreciation fill your hearts, and may you treasure the precious moments you had with him. God Bless. Love always, Helen Pokrajac, Lance Pokrajac, Vanessa & Frank Marsters, and Robert and Diana Habjanic

Condolence: Dear Rick and Heidi,
My deepest condolences on the passing of your Dad. I had the pleasure of working for him for four summers when I was a student. He was a great boss, treating all with respect but making sure the job got done. I also remember a great sense of humour but I am glad he didn't nail me as GPM!

Condolence: Dear Heidi and Rick and Nick's entire family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Your Dad, brother, grandfather, uncle was a kind man who did good deeds that I am sure he kept humbly to himself. To my dear sister, Lyn, I am so sorry for your loss. I have watched you and Nick love and take care of each other for over a quarter century. Lyn, you did such a good job taking care of Nick in recent months. I admire the selfless love and strength you brought to taking care of him between the nurses visits to your home. I know how he loved you. I will always be grateful too for the kindness and support he showed my children and I when I was going through a very difficult life transition years ago. Know that you are not alone at this time and I am praying that you find comfort and peace.

Condolence: My condolences for the loss of your dad. Thinking of you. I have nice memories of him walking the dog in the old neighbourhood.
P.S. Gary gave me your phone numbers (Heidi and Rick) which I thought were mobile numbers. I texted you there but see they are landlines so you will hear an impersonal mechanical recording of my message.
