The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Roger Hentges can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Jane and Family,
Our deepest sympathy is extended to you and your family at this sad time.
We met you at Lanark while visiting our Pop,Don Pickett who has passed away in Sept.
We would share a few laughs with Roger when you were sitting outside on the patio.Tim would often tease him in regards to sports!
May he rest in peace!

Condolence: We were so sorry to hear of Roger's passing. We have wonderful memories of our time with both of you, both at Courtland and our many bus trips and with Roger at Meadowlane School. He was a truly remarkable man who was beyond helpful in his role as custodian, lending a sympathetic ear and wise counsel to everyone. He will be missed. I'm sorry that we won't be able to attend a visitation or the service this evening, but we are both fighting a cold that won't quit. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
