Passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the age of 85 (45). Beloved husband of Maria Alice Rodrigues. Loving father of Linda Morrell and her husband Ross, and Marino Rodrigues and his wife Aida. Proud Grandpa of David (Joanne), Tina (Richard), Danny, Andrew (Callie) and great-grandfather of Devon, Jordan, Phoenix and Skye. Son of the late Eduardo and Teresa Rodrigues. Dear brother of Celina (Avelino), Pompeu (Maria), Germana (late Antonio), Ludovina (Jose) and the late Antonio (Teresa) and Mario. Fondly remembered by his step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in-laws and extended family.
Manuel's family will receive relatives and friends from 7-9 p.m. on Friday, March 2, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Prayers 8 p.m. Friday. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 300 Simeon St., on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 10 a.m. Interment Williamsburg Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
