Thomas, Vernon John
Passed away with family by his side at St. Mary's General Hospital on Monday, February 26, 2018 at the age of 88. Beloved husband and best friend of Helen for 69 years. Sadly missed by his beloved daughters Carol Harvey (Butch) and Lynda Dopp (Ken). Loving Grandpa of Charlie Dopp (Sophie) and Christa Saunders. Proud Great Grandpa of Amelia Saunders and Christopher Dopp. Loving uncle of Shirley Marcy (Tom) and their family. Son of the late Ernest and Mabel Thomas, formerly of Breslau. Vernon was employed by Weston Bakeries of Kitchener for 50 years. Special thanks to Chaplain Vicki Shepherd at St. Mary's Hospital for your compassionate care of our family.

A private family service has taken place. Cremation arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home 519-749-8467.
