Kolodziejczyk, Thaddeus:
Passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, surrounded by loved ones, at the age of 61. Husband of Joanne. Loving Father to Teresa Clasper (Adam) Alena Kolodziejczyk. Cherished Dziadek to Drea, Addie and Josie. Dear brother to Teresa Gardner, Mike (Pat), Donna Bartoszewicze and the late Ursula Beutler. Predeceased by his parents Stanley and Kazimiera. He will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Ted's family will receive relatives and friends from 12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. on Monday, January 29, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Liturgy will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. followed by a reception. Fr. Allen Varlaki celebrating. Cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to CMHA - Waterloo Wellington Dufferin would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
