Passed away with his family at his side on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 45. Survived by his sister Lori, brother Gary (Melyssa) and niece Holly. Son of the late Ross Patterson and Linda Jacklin. Private Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Private Cremation has occurred.
