Obituary for Andrew John Ingram-Cotton

Andrew John Ingram-Cotton
Ingram-Cotton, Andrew:
Passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017 at his home at the age of 31.
Loving son of Paul and Helen, dear brother of Scott (Amanda) and Jennifer and cherished uncle to Abigail. He is survived by his grandmothers, Pamela Ingram-Cotton of Waterloo and Brenda Ingram-Cotton of California. Predeceased by his grandfather, John Ingram-Cotton, and grandparents Lorne and Isabelle Weber. He will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Andrew was passionate about life and living it to the fullest. He had faced many challenges throughout his lifetime and was able to turn it around for the best. This is what made him who he was: intelligent, caring, and funny. Andrew spent many years researching and learning about the human body, nutrition and kinesics. He used this knowledge to help change other peoples lives through his personal training career. He lived his life with no regrets and wanted the same of others - only to move forward.
Andrew's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A celebration of his life will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. with a reception to follow in the funeral home.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to The ILC Foundation or to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA-Waterloo Wellington Dufferin) would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
