Condolence: I'm so very sad to hear of Don's passing. I first met Don when I was asked to help out his daughter Joan with her children in the early 90s. He would always have a smile and a story. As the years past we would always catch up at the IGA or every year at the Dave Ellis where he would bet me 1 drink on who would finish higher. Needless to say I still owe him a few! Don will surely be missed by everyone who were lucky enough to know him. All our thoughts are with the family during this time and we will always have a place for Don in our hearts. Sincerely Christopher Kadonoff

Condolence: I was so sorry to read about the loss of Don. I didn't know him as the young buck pictured here but as an older gent he made me laugh. I recently saw Don in Bracebridge and used the opportunity to give him a big hug and I'm so glad that I did and glad to have known him for a few years. My sincere condolences to all of the family. Condolence: Don knew how to nurture someone's potential. He surrounded himself with very gifted people who went the extra mile for him and helped change the hockey industry. He was one of a kind and I am thankful for the opportunity he offered to me. The industry will never repeat his accomplishments.
