I am truly sorry and heartbroken to hear the news of Ruth's passing. She was a wonderful, gentle and beautiful person. I will never forget her kindness to me when I first met her so many years ago. I will always remember her laughter and her willingness to always help me. I am truly honoured and blessed to have worked with her at the Service Centre and to have called her my friend. Even though I moved back to my hometown of Woodstock, I have taken with me many fond memories of Ruth and her kindness and love for my kids. She was in her element and shined bright when she was around children. It is with a heavy heart that I pass on my condolences to her family. May the loss and void you feel today be filled with memories of love and laughter and may it bring you comfort in the years to come. Respectfully, Teresa Oliveira-Gdanski
