Condolence: We met Tally when she started showing her first Great Pyrenees, Daisy, and we were showing our pyrs. We became friends immediately and shared pedigrees and doggie knowledge. We even did a breeding together that produced a lovely litter. Tally was always ready for a chat about dogs or to share her knowledge as a nurse if you were needing advice. We are so sad that she is gone and will miss her cheerful and generous personality.

Condolence: My history with Tally (1950s to early 1960s) includes MacGregor Public School (see photo - Tally front and centre) KCI, and WCI with activities such as The Boy Friend musical. We went our separate ways at 17, when I went to U of T and she went into nursing at Toronto Western Hospital. We only reconnected after the WCI 50th reunion in 2010. Tally, Bev Dyck and I had a lovely lunch at what is now The Belmont (on Belmont in Kitchener). I enjoyed all her photos of her Great Pyrenees dogs and Persian cats (I'm a "cat lady") on Facebook. I was so sorry when I discovered how ill she had been after her sister Sara died, and that she had had to sell her little house and move, all at the same time. Life intervened as it often does, and we never had the lunch we talked about these last few months. My condolences to all her family. She was a lovely lady.

Condolence: Tally and I have been life long friends. We met when we were 7 years old. We lived on the same street, were in the same classrooms and shared many friends through the years. Our years at Toronto Western Hospital and our wonderful classmates created many more shared memories. Tally excelled in many different areas of her nursing career. She gave so much of herself to all of the patients she cared for. I am grateful for the special bond we shared and I am thankful to have walked the last mile with her.
May my dear friend rest in peace.

Condolence: I am so saddened to hear of Tally passing..we worked together for along time at Para Med. She was a wonderful nurse full of compassion and kindness. I always told her that if I ever needed a nurse I wanted her. My sympathy to her family and friends... she will be fondly remembered and forever missed. She has left a legacy of love and comfort for many families who have lost their loved ones.

Condolence: My sympathy to Tally's family. I am sad to hear of her death. I so appreciated her love for and passion about her dogs and cats. Tally and I worked together years ago and connected outside of work due to our love of Pyres. I was blessed to have had two Pyres from Tally's lines and they were wonderful companions whose memories always bring Tally to mind. Take care.
