Our dearest Wife, Mom, Baba and Babcha passed away unexpectedly due to a stroke on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 90.
Beloved Wife of Dmytro Tremka and the late Michael Shurko (1989).
Loving Mom to Luba (Peter) Horspool, Vera (the late Don) Dietz and Roman (Charlotte) Shurko.
Cherished Baba to Shellee (Craig) Moser, Matthew (Tanya) Horspool, Lasha (Jamie) Keith, Marcus (Jessie) Dietz, Jason (Liz) Shurko, John (Ashley) Shurko and Johanna Shurko (Jimmy).
Special Babcha to Wade, Noah, Landon, Reid, Evan, Leah, Thomas, Olivia, James, Emily and Oliver.

Ann's family will receive relatives and friends from 7:30-9 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Panakhyda will be offered at the funeral home on Thursday night.
A service will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 7, 2017 at the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Transfiguration, 131 Victoria St. S., Kitchener.

Reception to follow in the church hall, 15 Michael St., Kitchener.
Interment at Woodland cemetery following the lunch.
