Passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at K-W Campus of Grand River Hospital at the age of 75.
Beloved husband of Zofia. Loving father of Anna and her husband Michael Grybko, Agnieszka and her husband Jason Smolak, Piotr Zelazny and his wife Joanna. Cherished Dziadek to Michelle and Steven. Dear brother of Henia and her husband Jozef Stachelek. Survived by many nieces and nephews.
Wieslaw's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m with Holy Rosary at 8:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass for Wieslaw will be held at Sacred Heart RC Church on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 10 a.m. Interment Williamsburg Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Sacred Heart RC Church would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
