Mildred grew up in the Breslau/Riverbank area where she was a founding member of the local Girl Guide movement. She was a lifetime member of Trillium (Zion) United Church. An artist at heart, Mildred had a wide range of talents including painting, china painting, knitting, quilting, sewing and of course, baking those chocolate chip cookies. She loved her summers in Honey Harbour with Felix, her family and friends.

A reception and fellowship time will follow. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Henry Walser Funeral Home, Kitchener (519-749-8467). Private cremation. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Trillium United Church and Mennonite Central Committee.
