Obituary for Edna Agatha Zane (Nikkel)
Zane, Edna:
Passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Thursday, March 23rd, 2017 at the age of 95.
Beloved wife of the late George (1994).
Loving mom to Mark (Linda) Zane and the late Barry (2009) (Kathleen) Zane.
Cherished Grandma to Jordanne, Nathaniel, Christopher, Melissa, Bill and Julia and great- grandma to James, Jasmine and Zachary.
She will be missed by many siblings, nieces, nephews and friends.
Edna's family will receive relatives and friends from 7-9 pm on Sunday, April 2nd, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will continue from 9-10:30 am on Monday, April 3rd, 2017 at Faith Evangelical Missionary Church (3849 King St. E. Kitchener), a funeral service to follow at 11:00 am.
Reception to follow in the church hall.
Cremation to take place after service.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Community Justice Initiatives or Emmanuel Bible College would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
