James Philip Todd (Todosichuk)
Todd, James P. "5 Bucks" 1943-2017
A LEGEND AND OUR HERO
James Philip "Jim" passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the age of 73. Although James was well known in his hometown of Mannheim for his long career at KW Hydro, his teachings at Conestoga College and his band and his weekly drumming gigs at World Outreach Ministries, he will be remembered most for his infectious sense of humour, his ability to fix anything, his big loving heart and for the lifelong friendships he formed. Jim is survived by his loving wife Rachelle (Harris) , his two sons Doug and Dan (Natalie) and by his grandchildren Tarryn, Michaela, and Cadence, as well as Nadine Kelli Van Luxemborg for whom he was like a father. Jim was predeceased by his parents James and Frances (Storozuk) Todd, and by his brothers Thomas and Edward Todd. He will be sadly missed by his extensive family including many cousins, nieces and nephews. Jim’s wishes for cremation have been honoured and a memorial service and celebration of his life will take place on Monday, March 6, 2017 at Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St. Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation from 4-5:45 p.m. followed by the Celebration at 6:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Cremation taken place.
