Mama Joan passed away peacefully on Monday, November 7, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital in her 77th year.
She will be sadly missed by her children, grandchildren, family and friends.
Beloved wife of the late Ralph Eberlin.
Loving mother of Marilyn Knechtel (Kevin), Bruce (Roslyn), June McGregor (Paul), Linda Whitefoot (Brian), Donna Macedo (John) and Mark (Melanie).
Cherished Oma of Christopher, James, Amy, Melissa, Matthew, Breanna, Adam, Brandon, Jordin and Jacob.
Dear sister of Jerry Grubb (Eileen).
Predeceased by her sister Shirley Fletcher and her brother George Grubb.
Joan's family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with prayers offered at 8:45 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Agnes R.C. Church, 75 Bluevale St. N. Waterloo, on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Parkview Cemetery, followed by a reception in the church hall.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Red Cross or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
