Obituary for Suzanne Jean Urquhart (Collins)
Urquhart, Suzanne:
Passed away peacefully surrounded with family by her side, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimers on Friday, August 5th, 2016 at Chartwell Elmira Long Term Care at the age of 78.
She leaves behind her beloved husband Doug Urquhart, loving mother of Tracy (Alain), Jennifer (Mike), Kevin and Diane and nephew Christopher. She will be greatly missed by her 4 loving grandchildren Amanda, Shelby, Desiree and Jake. Her most memorable moments were spending time with family, making people laugh and singing where ever she may be.
Cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday August 20, 2016 from 12pm-3pm to allow family and friends to pay their condolences to the family and celebrate Suzanne's life. For celebration details please reach out to the Urquhart family at amandasylvest@yahoo.com.au
In lieu of flowers, donations to the The Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
