Burgess, Jean (nee Wamboldt)
passed away peacefully with family by her side at The Village at University Gates on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Frank Burgess (2017). Dear mother of Brian (Penny), Valerie Cameron, Kathy Payette (Richard) and David (Maureen). Much loved grandmother of Melissa, Christina, Michael, Christine, Jennifer, Tara, Leiza, Nicholas, Audrey and Colin and great-grandmother of 11 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Reginald Wamboldt.
Jean's family will receive relatives and friends from 12-12:45 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Service in the chapel on Thursday at 1 p.m. Reception to follow. A private interment will take place.
