The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of George O'Neill can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I was very sorry to hear of George's passing ... I have been thinking about him a lot over the years and only just read that he passed away almost a year ago. George and I worked together at Dominion Tack & Nail (originally) for 13 years at which time we became friends. He was a pleasure to work with and I trusted his advice many times over the years. We exchanged Christmas cards every year until my life took a different turn, at which time we lost touch. All the best to his family; I know it must be a terrible loss for you all.

Condolence: Our sincere condolences to the family. Remembering George and Clara for being very faithful neighbours living next to the Hunters for 42 years. You were such a dear sweet man. Thank you for letting me cut your grass and shovel your walk as a young boy and teenager. All never forget that last beer we had together at my parents house. Paul and Helen Hunter

Condolence: Jan, I am Marie Kirwin/Thompson/Hayes daughter. I told her of George's death. She remembers your dad and mom very fondly. She remembers when they got married. An extremely handsome couple.

She went to the party they had after they returned from their honeymoon.

She, as well as all of our family, would like to express our deepest sympathies. It is never easy to lose a parent.
