Passed away peacefully at Freeport Hospital with family by his side on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the age of 65.
Beloved husband of Ana for 42 years. Loving father of Dennis of Portugal, Diane of Kitchener, and the late Daniel Gomes (1973). Dear brother of Maria (Frank) McMiller of Abbotsford B.C. and Rose (Lou) Rotondo of Bolton. Predeceased by his parents, Jose and Maria Gomes. Manny was a dedicated employee of 35 years at J.M. Schneider.
Manny's family will receive relatives from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., (519) 749-8467. Prayers will be offered at the funeral home at 9:20 a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2015 followed by a procession to Blessed Sacrament Church, 305 Laurentian Drive, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
