Ikotin, Istvan “Steve”
Passed away at Freeport Hospital on Friday, December 28, 2012, at the age of 68 years. Beloved husband of Erzebet “Elizabeth” Ikotin (nee Lukac). Dear father of Eleonora “Elle” Ikotin (Tim van Vliet). Loved Opa of Tyko, Asia, and Teagan. Dear brother of Katica Kabacs. He will be missed by his extended family. Predeceased by his brother Mihaly Ikotin. Cremation has taken place. Steve’s family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, January 5, 2013 from 10:00 – 10:45 am at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, (519-749-8467). The memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 11:00 am. Reception to follow. Interment later in Parkview Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
